We are a local residential and commercial cleaning company not a franchise. We’ve been servicing the Livingston, Ascension, East Baton Rouge and surrounding areas since 1984. When you call in, you’ll talk directly to the owner (Jamie Zernott) or the office manager (Rita Keating) who has been with the company for over 25 years, not with a franchise operator or an employee who just started.
We are one of the largest cleaning companies in the greater Baton Rouge area with over 55 employees and service, on average, over 70 houses and businesses per day.
Our team
We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our employees are given an extensive criminal background check, drug testing and go through a detailed training program.
Our primary goal is to provide consistent worry-free residential and commercial cleaning service you can depend on at an affordable price of $54 an hour for a two person crew.
We provide all equipment and supplies needed for the job, guarantee everything we do.
We provide all of the basic cleaning products most are already familiar with: Comet, Windex, Lysol, 409 degreaser, 409 Stone and Steel cleaner and Orange Glo furniture polish. We provide all the rags, polishing rags, microfiber rags and glass cleaning rags. We don’t use a mop due to the risk of cross contaminating between houses. We use the Shmop mopping system that uses a heavy duty terry cloth fitted covers.
